I have a passion for health and wellness and believe that health is holistic. I eat a plant-based diet (don’t like to say vegetarian or vegan since I occasionally eat some fish and buy eggs on the reg.)
I love running, hiking, going for walks around town, yoga, barre classes, camping, baking, gardening, drinking coffee before the sun comes up, and reading about nutrition.
